Mood: Blogable

So I've been reading a lot of blogs lately, it's something I find myself doing quite often as of late.

"Hey I'm Joel, I'm 19, I enjoy long walks on the beach and reading blogs"

Which inspired me to add to my blog, which for the time being I had filed under the extinct accounts section. Time to revive.

I hit 900 subscribers on YouTube today, woo! Internet hugs for all! Speaking of YouTube, I haven't made a video in a while, so I may make one tonight... It's just kind of awkward when people are home and you're trying to make one "Joel what are you doing" "Ummm I'm... On the... Phone"

I love 'The Hills' so so so so (x 98382) much, I recently bought Seasons 1 & 2 on DVD so I could watch from the very start, and now Season 4 is out! But I refuse to watch it until I see all of Season 3, which isn't released (on eBay) until the 28th of July! Which isn't too far away, only next week, so woo! Then I'll download Season 4 onto my iPod.

iPhone 3G came out recently, I'll speak more about that though in my later video.

Also I bought a necklace off eBay on Monday which still hasn't arrived! But I'm just being impatient, it is from American and all. So hopefully next week it arrives, I'm guessing Wednesday...

Well that's my update! I'll start using this more now. Also I got stickam, so if you're ever on check to see if I am too! That way we can be CBBFL (Cyber Best Friends For Life.) Click for Stickam link!

Ciao for now!

Crabapple Cupcakes

On the weekend just past, Jade, Gunny and I ventured off into the city for a day off shopping, but before that we wanted to find a cupcake store in Ferntree Gully named Crabapple Cupcakes. It was actually really easy to find!

When you think of cupcakes, you think of cute old ladies making them, not so much here, but the cupcakes nonetheless were delicious!

I got your standard flavoured cupcake, Jade got banana and Gunny got perfume (musk).

I've got so much coming up this weekend, Marks 21st, Future Music Festival and L'oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival. For LMFF I'm attending the Independent Runway show, I'm all for supporting new and upcoming designers.

I have absolutely no idea what i'm going to wear to any of them! I'm going shopping again this Saturday so hopefully this time I can find something (Last Saturday I couldn't find a thing).

Catch!

Sick Is Ick

I'm writing this blog from the comfort of my bed, where I have been for the past two days thanks to me being sick.
Jade and Ashlea visited me earlier today and brought me a 'Get Well Soon' card, on the cover it says "Sick Is ICK" then reads:

Dear Joely Poley,
You are really sick, so make sure you use lots of hand sanitizer so you don't spread the germs.

So
Get Well
QUICK!

Everyone is doing rehab, because it's the new black, so being sick, makes you trendy, because it's rehab w/end now.

I was suppose to be going out tonight for Gunny's 19th, we were going to the Canary Club, then afterwards 161, but once again i'm sick so I wasn't able to go. I was really looking forward to it too!
I've decided with the money I'll save from not going out tonight, I can put towards an Hermès scarf.

According to Dashboard Weather it's going to be 30 degrees tomorrow, so hopefully i'm feeling well enough to go to the beach.

Goodnight!

Para Para

I'm pretty much writing this Blog just after posting my intro. But I thought it would be proper to introduce myself before I start rambling on.

On the weekend just passed, Gundeep and I went to Box Hill to do a bit of Asian shopping. I love Asian stuff it's so fun and cute. Speaking of cute, we found this awesome place for lunch which made crepes, but instead of them having a normal menu, they had fake crepes up on the wall all decorated and fun for the menu. We then chose the ones we wanted:

Gundeep chose the 'Strawberries & Cream Crepe' and I had the 'Chicken Salsa Crepe', but they ended up giving me the 'Chicken Salad Crepe', but it didn't matter cause they were delicious!

After that we went and played Para Para, a game in which you have to wave your hands over sensors in time with the music. I use to be addicted to it back when I was 16, and Gundeep could see why, because it is so much fun!

I ended up buying a bag of Asian candy, and these things which I thought were little chewy candies in a shape of a log, but when I opened them they were these big biscuit things. I still haven't eaten them yet.
